- FIREFLY MOBILE LEARNING UNITS
Educational Volunteers reach children with the mobile learning units, Fireflies where there are no Education Parks and Learning Units. After the 1999 Marmara Earthquake, the mobile learning units were activated by the Hope 2000 Project to help children in the earthquake region to continue their education. Later, these vehicles were improved and the Project was turned into "Firefly" project.
Firefly Mobile Learning Units have a capacity to serve 3.300 children every year. They have a computer room with 12 computers, 1 free activity room, 1 in-built living quarter.
