Didem Şenol introduced the Profession of culinary to our children.

People who are specialized in their professions meet our children thank to our Foundation's activities named "11 cities, 11 professions" organized in scope of the program "I start my career journey" at Activity Locations in 11 different cities.

Cook Didem Şenol, who has visited Şanlıurfa Sevgi Erdoğan Gönül Education Park on June 6, provided children with information germane to the profession thereof participating in the training program of TEGV 'I start my career journey' by meeting with children who want to learn different careers and explore careers fit for their area of interest. The program 'I start my career journey' intended for 6th, 7th and 8th class children contributes to exploration of interests and skills of children and offers an educational content to help children explore the diversity of the world of occupations and connections of professions with each other.

About "11 Provinces, 11 Professions"

Since 2007, TEGV aims to establish the proper infrastructure in order to improve the career consciousness with the children through the training program 'Colorful Horizons', which TEGV carry out in cooperation with VISA Europe and its member banks in Turkey. In scope of the '11 Provinces, 11 Professions" event carried out in TEGV Activity Locations in 11 provinces of Turkey, the leading individuals of Turkey in their professions visit the TEGV Education Parks and Learning Units, introducing their professions to the children. The 'Colorful Horizons' program projected for children in classes 6, 7 and 8 presents a training content that allows the children to discover their interests and skills and to be aware of the variety of the world of professions and the connections between the professions. The training content of the program includes the activities in order to have the children to notice the personal characteristics and positive individualism perception; to notice the importance of change and development ; to be aware of the benefits of academic achievements; to develop the skills to understand and use the career knowledge; and to know the career planning process.
