Many famous musicians, who have marked the past 40 years of Turkish popular music, presented their unforgettable songs at the "A Night of 40 Years" concert, which took place at the Lütfi Kırdar International Convention and Exhibition Center. Performances by Ali Rıza Binboğa, Bülent Ortaçgil, Candan Erçetin, Fatih Erkoç, Kenan Doğulu, Levent Yüksel, Melike Demirağ, MFÖ, Modern Folk Trio, Nükhet Duru, Sertab Erener, Sezen Aksu and Zülfü Livaneli were accompanied by the Istanbul State Symphony Orchestra. Emrah Karaca and Gür Akad took the stage on behalf of Cem Karaca and Barış Manço. The concert, which was presented by Ezgi Mola and Selçuk Yöntem, ended with a united performance by all artists, singing together the song "Samanyolu". With the income of this special concert, educational support for over 10,000 children will be provided.
