The opening speech of the Annual Sharing Meeting was delivered by the Chairman of the Board Oktay Özinci, where the past activity year was evaluated and the future targets are shaped. Our General Manager Nurdan Şahin evaluated the activities of the 2010-2011 activity year of the Foundation and shared the targets of the forthcoming activity period.

During the "Nirun Şahingiray Outstanding Success Awards" ceremony, which is organised in memory of our valuable donator Nirun Şahingiray, the most successful Educational Park, the Learning Unit of 2010-2011 activity year and Firefies were granted awards.

During the first day, the General Manager, Field Planning and Organisation Department, Information Technologies Department and Content Research and Development Department evaluated the 2009-2010 activity year and provided information regarding new activities of 2010-2011 activity year. The second day started with the TEGV Café activity, which is held for the very first time by now, where evaluations are carried out and different views are shared regarding the half-year term.

During the parallel sessions held in the afternoon, employees of our foundation listened to speeches of Prof. Dr. Selahiddin Öğülmüş, Aydın Boysan and Ahmet Ümit. The speech of Prof. Dr. Selahiddin Öğülmüş on child psychology, the speech of Ahmet Ümit on literature and the conversation of Aydın Boysan with anecdotes from his memories have attracted great interest of the audience.

Following the presentation on the topics of General Information, Climatic Measurement, Work and Performance Evaluation, which are delivered by Resources Department, the "Good Examples" session is held. During this session, good examples are evaluated which are provided by activity points in the categories of Field, Education, Volunteer and Headquarters and presentations are conducted for the projects which became first in each category.

The parallel sessions which were held on the third and the last day of the meeting were carried out under topics of Headquarters-Field Communication, TEGV Social Media, Activity Planning, Educational Projects, Local Stakeholders and Local Support, Volunteer Subjects and Impact of the Activities. The meeting ended after the general evaluation and closing session.

TEGV personnel gathered together during the dinner that is organised in the same evening at Marmara Sailing Club. During that very enjoyable dinner, the employees relieved their tiredness of the intensive schedule of meeting.
